Range Information

Non members pay a $10 range fee, per person, to shoot for the day.
We do not have guns or ammo available to rent or buy.
All shooters are required to sign in at the lodge prior to shooting.  No exceptions!

 

Shooting Ranges Available

The Taylor Range

OPEN

This is our largest and most used range. It provides over 40 shooting positions, ranging in distance of 25 yards to 75 yards. (NO SHOTGUNS ALLOWED)

The Pistol/Muzzle loader Range

Open (fully open)

Our second most popular range. The pistol portion has two targets at each of the 5, 7 and 10 yard distances. Used for self defense practice. **NEW** Shot gun only targets now up. Shot guns are allowed only on the designated targets labelled Shot Gun!

The High Power Range

Open

Located on the hill behind the Lodge. This range has targets at 100, 200 and 300 yards. Click Here For More Info (NO SHOT GUNS ALLOWED)

Steel Plate Range

Open

Steel silhouette and knock down targets for .22 l.r. and centerfire handguns only.
(NO SHOT GUNS ALLOWED)

Trap Range

Open (A member must be present)

Open for private shoots as well as for throwing your own clay birds or shotgun patterning when the range is not being used by our Trap team. Lighted for night shooting.

Archery Range

Open

10 to 60 yard practice range. Field points only. No broadheads allowed.

3D Archery Course

Opening in April

    1. Jeff, you can apply for a new membership and start using the range immediately. Your name will then go to the membership meeting to be voted on. If you have any other questions please call us at 814-942-8522

  2. Does anyone know of any meet processors in Blair County that accept deer for the Hunters Sharing the Harvest program or anyone that wants deer to feed their family ?

  3. Can any one show up for the PFBPS Fun shoot being held on March 23rd, and if so can a black powder cap & Ball revolver be used in the fun Shoot
