With the large amount of snow mixed with freezing rain we have a road the is covered in ice and icicles hanging from the lodge. Closing the club was the only thing we could do to make sure everyone stayed safe and we take that time to try and deal with the mess without the fear of someone coming up the driveway. To help with traction, we threw mulch on the parking lot by hand.
As we were putting mulch on the road a tree uprooted near the trap house. Future work project…
So mulch and sand were put on the road to try to make it passable.
