Trout Pond

Regulation Update: Pond is now open all year long to members from 12PM to Sunset.

Blair Game Trout Pond Regulations

  1. Noon until sunset only.
  2. Limit – one trophy trout (20” or over) per day during designated season.
  3. Fishing is open to members, their spouses and minor children ONLY.
  4. A Pennsylvania Fishing License is required.
  5. Fishing with artificial flies and streamers of feather, fur and hair construction only.
  6. Weight or sinkers up to 2BB shot may be built into fly or streamer or affixed to leader.
  7. Hooks on flies or streamers must be barbless or barbs pressed down flat on hook.
  8. Fish must be netted and released unhurt. Accidentally killed fish must be turned in at lodge.
  9. No Fish may be killed or in possession with the exception of one trophy trout (20” or over) per day during the designated season.
  10. No bait or lures other than artificial flies or streamers can be used.
  11. No Wading for any purpose.
  12. No Chumming or feeding of fish while anyone is fishing is prohibited.
  13. Penalty for Violation – up to $100 and possible loss of membership.
  14. Non-members caught fishing – up to $2000 fine.
